34 year old Brock Vincent Davis from Charlotte has been charged with several sex offenses by the Scotland County Sheriff's Office relating to a 14 year old girl.
The Sheriff's Office received a tip that a 34 year old man was attempting to have an inappropriate relationship with a 14 year old girl.
The 34 year old was driving from Charlotte to the Laurel Hill area of Scotland County to meet the 14 year old female. Detectives were able to locate the suspect as he neared the girl's residence. The suspect attempted to run but was quickly apprehended by detectives.
Brock Vincent Davis from a Saunders Avenue address in Charlotte has been charged with 1 count Indecent Liberties With a Child, 1 count Solicit Child By Computer, 1 count of Attempt Statutory Sex Offence With Child Under 15, and 1 count of Resisting A Public Officer. Davis was jailed under a $500.000 secure bond.
