Carol Ann Brown, 88 of Pinehurst, passed away on June 7, 2024 at Quail Haven Village.
Born on April 14, 1936 in Plymouth, New Hampshire to late Clarence E. and Josephine M. Plant. Carol worked as a secretary for her husband’s business, Chris Brown, Inc.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Brown Jr; one daughter, Valerie Lynn Douglas; sister, June Adelle Alvey and brother, Ronald Wayne Plant.
She is survived by brothers, Eric Douglas Plant and Gary Vernon Plant; sister, Susan Kay Parks; step daughter, Sherry Anderson; son in law, Dannie Douglas; grandchildren, Kristen Ashley Bowen, Danny Lee Douglas and Brandon Ryan Douglas.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Services are entrusted to Boles Funeral Home of Southern Pines.
