Emily Elizabeth Seawell, 24, of West End, NC; passed on July 3, 2024 in Moore County.
A funeral service will be held 11AM Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Putnam Friends Church in Carthage with Pastor. James Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Emily was born October 19, 1999 in Pinehurst, NC to Anthony John Seawell and Angela Faye Seawell. To her family and friends, she was affectionately known as Hootie. She was compassionate, selfless and had the most contagious smile that could brighten anyone’s day. Hootie’s second home was Domino’s Pizza where she worked effortlessly to become general manager of the Seven Lakes location.
She is survived by her mother, Angela F. Seawell; sister’s Jessica Lynn Scarboro, and Kasey Fawn Seawell; uncles, Jerrell Seawell (Holly), Tommy Thomas, Jeff Vaughn; her aunt, Penny Vaughn; her nieces, Aleah Jade Riddick Reynolds, Elysa Leigh Moore; a nephew, Brennen Chase Riddick Reynolds; Emily is also survived by her work family at dominos. (whom she loved dearly)
Emily Seawell was preceded in death by her father, Anthony John Seawell; a sister, Samantha Faye Scarboro; grandmother, Mammie Mildred Vaughn; and her ice cream grandma, Betty Lou Seawell.
Services entrusted to Boles Funeral Home of Seven Lakes.
