Emergency responders were dispatched to a structure fire on Forest Circle off Sandpit Road around 2:55 pm.
The first in Fire units reported heavy smoke and flames showing.
The roof of the home had already collapsed when the first truck arrived ccording to fire officials.
No one was believed to be home at the time of the fire and the occupants from the fire have been accounted for with no injuries reported.
The home was a total loss from today's fire.
Responding were units with Pinebluff Fire & Rescue, Aberdeen Fire & Rescue, Pinehurst Fire Department, Southern Pines Fire & Rescue, West End Fire & Rescue, Fort Liberty Fire & Emergency Services, Moore County EMS , Moore County Sheriff's Office, and the Fire Marshal office.
