According to public records the Moore County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Seagrove man Satuday night on serious charges.
49 year old James Lynn Morgan from an address on Dover Church Road was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury and assault by strangulation.
Morgan has a first date to appear in district court on July 11, 2024. As of this report he is being held without bond.
