Emergency responders were dispatched just after 6:30 pm to a vehicle accident on US Highway 1 at the intersection of Addor Road south of Pinebluff.
Both northbound lanes of US Highway 1 were temporarily blocked by this accident causing traffic to be routed down Addor Road and Currant Street.
According to fire officials three people from one vehicle were transported to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Responding were units with Pinebluff Fire & Rescue, Aberdeen Fire & Rescue, Moore County EMS, Pinebluff Police Department, and the NC State Highway Patrol.
